Departure approximately at 8:00 am - Return at 6:00 pm
The excursion to discover the archaeological and landscape park of the Valley of the Temples represents one of the most unique UNESCO heritage experiences in Sicily.
From east to west, along a rocky ridge overlooking the sea, you will have the opportunity to admire these magnificent monuments with a history and artistic heritage of more than 2000 years: the Temple of Juno, the Temple of Concordia, the Temple of Hercules, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Temple of the Dioscuri and the Sanctuary of the Chthonic deities, the Temple of Vulcan and the Garden of Kolymbethra. The walk in the valley will last approximately two hours.
At 12:00 pm, we will depart towards the Scala dei Turchi, known throughout the world for its beauty shaped by waves and wind for millions of years and for having been the backdrop to numerous film sets with its rocky ridges of white marl. We will then stop on a panoramic terrace where you can take photos and then, you will have two hours of free time to eat and, if you want, reach the beach and swim in the sea.
